Why Storyboard Artists are hired

Often storyboard artists have other backgrounds and can detail a script better with storyboards. Details like character appearance, costumes, sets, shots and scenes to more detail. They also convey action, camera and actor motion, mood, and provide dialogue in some uses. Other considerations of hiring a concept artist or storyboard artist are:

• Camera movement and character movement can be more concisely explained for the DP/director of photography.
• Storyboard art shows environment detail from weather, time of day, locations and character action in the scenes. The overall mood of everything.
• Many industries like gaming, film production and advertising rely on storyboard artists who are often a concept artist. This is a majority.
• Many productions rely on exact character placement, prop and background placement that is better described in a storyboard compared to a written script. Especially in point of view or subjective camera. (Seeing from an actors eyes or a certain area or vantage point)
• Storyboarding is an interactive process including the concept art phases where everything is developed and re-developed as needed before production begins. Back and fort between writers, producers, directors with drawings or illustrations or CG and storyboards made by the artist.
• Ai technology is only partially effective for concept artwork and not concise storyboards.where colors, camera movement, and other important details often aren’t conveyed by the Ai. Look at the example below to see why Ai is not very accurate for making storyboards.

Reference the first frame of the storyboard of the image below showing the composition I had in mind.
Of the Tide detergent sitting next to clean soccer uniform on top of a dryer appliance. The Ai example with errors is below the 3 frames.

This is the closest I could get the Ai to my idea of the drawing above (frame #1). Not really close to the specific prompts and negative prompts.
