I can help with this. What types of scouting in depth needs
to be done?

– video or photography? or both

1) How about door to door at 700 per ten hours labor. 100
an hour after ten door to door.

2) Adding 4k video/photo camera & tripod:  Sony Alpha
RII with lenses – video or photography -$300

Photos are easier to send unless they have some file
sharing portal, or I can priority or express mail the media
to them for costs.

I can also scan areas for RF crowding with an RF scanner.
That takes some time but is also worth it if the sound
person to be is not a local.

Mileage would be the gov rate: 65.5

Any other needs?

Some places would require press passes or film permits if I
am shooting video. Like in Boulder off of the Pearl Street
Mall unless it’s sneaking with an iphone. Denver on the 16th
street Mall is less strict.  In front of the state capitol
or government buildings has to be done from a distance or
cleared from advance.
