Here’s a base cost:

10 hours: 950 (700 labor, 250 sound kit) – 100 an hour after 10 
hours.  No split shifts to split the day.

Parking & tolls, added as needed.

Equipment: Mixer/Recorder, Boom Mic, Pole, Cstand, 3 wireless, 2
tentacles, camera connection cables (I have cables for most
makes). Card Reader.

If there is additional needed equipment, I can provide it at an
adjusted cost. Slates, extra wireless, lighting or grip or other
equipment.
