Legal Video & Certified Video DepositionsNick Teti – I’m a Colorado native. I earned a bachelor’s degree in media and applied arts in the 1990’s and the AGCV certification in 2006. I’m proficient in legal video services, advertising video, broadcast and producing other media. Before forming Mister Photon Media, I worked for a consulting company for years creating graphics for trial presentations, litigation resolution and other uses. I have produced a lot of video and media for other organizations since then. I also create trial presentations and graphics for clients including illustration or video or 3D renderings. I can record video depositions and other video for litigation. I also produce video & media for advertising for my clients. Many law firms use certified deposition videographers (CDVS) to record a witness or deponent’s testimony. Commonly used in a trial presentation or for discovery to evaluate a witness. I record depositions using professional equipment. When recording depositions or other legal video I follow the guidelines of federal evidence and civil procedure. This ensures your video deposition is admissible as evidence. Recorded by a AGCV certified legal videographer. Depositions are recorded for legal discovery. Which leads to a settlement or a presentation in trial. Many other legal video services include site documentation, video documentation for day in the life or life after life, or for trial presentation. Graphics, animation and trial presentations are also a service I provide. Why Zoom or Other ServiceVideo frames and audio are often dropped making a deposition un-admissible to the court. Recording a witness’s testimony with professional cameras and audio equipment is a must for clear audio & picture. No dropped video, not other problems. My video equipment for depositions and legal video surpasses laptop technology but zoom and other portals can enhance a deposition. The equipment and videographer are required for several reasons past the zoom or video conference to be allowed as evidence. We still bring laptops for Zoom or other meeting connections to help communication. These technologies are great for communication, but not ideal as a stand-alone solution for recording a professional quality video deposition. Colorado Video DepositionsAside from the Broomfield CO area my company Mister Photon Media can record your deposition anywhere in Colorado. If you also need a court reporter, Mister Photon Media can refer one directly to you as well. Video deposition sample taking a testimony remotely in Colorado Springs CO with witnesses in Japan.
