Nick Teti – These are a detailed narrative of the creative goals I developed for the hiring ad agency. I conceived this TV ad campaign into a story and drew it out for the hiring agency. Pitching and producing for their client for a television commercial.
I can start out fresh with ideas or work and develop your own. Or in collaboration we both develop a campaign. If you have script, treatment, them or ideas; hand them off to me.
Aside from advertising companies I can make storyboards for other clients. Including production companies, networks, film producers among others. I can also draw up concept art and take it to the storyboard stage.
I can also be hired for painting, drawing or creating art for graphic comic, novels, or other use, including poster design. I also ofer fine artist and other digital artist services.
From pencil drawing, I can also illustrate storyboards digitally. Often, I use a hybrid method starting in pencil then making into a digital combination. Or I use a number of mixed media types or fine art mediums. Color and media use for a specific look directing a colorist or cinematographer. Color is also used to theme mood using color palettes.
The story board art above is often called establishing shots. Rules of ELS to LS are often broken for the opening shot, replaced by MCU, CU or ECU in this instance.
Breaking boundary ideas of classic education and film making is more accepted in many types of videos and broadcast, even film.
ELS – Extreme long shot showing more of an area. A very broad area shown in frame.
LS – Long shots – can be of scenery, actors in scenery, groups of actors or props.
MLS – Medium long shot, for a closer view of an area.
MS – Often a waist up shot of an actor. Or a closer picture of a prior shot.
MCU – Medium close up shot. Can be above the waist of an actor typically 2/3 to 3/4. Or another set or object detail.
CU – Anything closer in detail, and actor’s face, a detail of an object or set detail.
ECU – Extreme close up shot. Fine details like a picture of an eyeball, a closer area of an actors face. A fine detail of an obejct.

This setting the mood for comfort, safety, recollection and other ideas that can be subtly conveyed and impressed on an audience.

Mother to daughter to daughter in this instance. Simple color palettes can be used to reduce time making a storyboard, but still convey themes, ideas and moods to an audience.
This last group of storyboards show a morph from generation to generation or person.
Showing how the land Rover brand has been long established and enjoyed along generations.
