Based in the south Denver area, Mister Photon Media is a full services media company. Helping clients with graphics, presentations, video production and photography services through Colorado or wherever else needed.

Nick’s background before Mister Photon Media included graphics, design, 3D modeling & animation for a consulting firm. Prior experience included broadcast television and other media experience before founding Mister Photon Media.

Our services extend nationally and globally to clients needing litigation support from a media services firm. Mister Photon is a consulting firm assisting legal clients with accurate trial presentations and can also recreate trial exhibits. We also create media including video, photography, graphics and other presentations to other clients for other needs including TV or advertising or social media. Including advertising media or for other specific message.

Day in the Life Video, Settlement Video,

AKA, Video Documentation

This is an example of a day in the life legal video, and these are often called settlement videos or sometimes a video documentation. This video depicts how a suggested elective back surgical procedure negatively affected a patient’s quality of life. This video was used to resolve a medical malpractice lawsuit by a hiring attorney.The surgery was suggested by the physician and had adverse permanent results on the plaintiff.

Mister Photon Media can produce these videos and any other type of video production for litigation, including videos that recreate an accident or situation or demonstrate an event or entities actions. Integrating videographer services, 3D modeling/animation, graphics, photographs or other media.

We demonstrate for our clients’ complex legal situations that are used by trial attorneys, courts, insurance companies, or other organizations. Nick/Mister Photon Media can also create graphics or animations to scale, as well within time frames demonstrating or recreating situations, ideas, events or other depictions.

Accident Reconstruction Video

Part 1, plane taking off

This is the first part of an accident reconstruction depicting the Boeing 737 Max airliner. These types of animations can be used for accident demonstration or other recreations of events. Sometimes these animations are referred to as forensic animations or a video animation.

Part 2, plane crash accident receation

This is the second part of the prior animation showing a Boeing 737 Max airliner taking off then crashing due to a nosedive. These types of 3D animations can be used for accident recreation of events or to depict a possible future or even for demonstration for engineering and design.

Conveyance Dispute Trial Presentation

This is an animated video using GIS & CAD data to create a trial presentation showing details of a property. The litigation settled before the trial presentation was used in a trial.

 

First Draft, Mine Tailings

/ Decant Pond Accident Recreation video

This is a 1st draft for client approval demonstrating a mine tailing pond accident where a portion of the retaining area failed. Mine tailings are not typically blue, but this color was chosen for contrast against to the decant pond.

Product Liability Dispute

Trial Presentation Animation Negligence

This is a 3D animation demonstrating a “defective product” dispute where a frayed electric cord came in contact with coffee dispensed from a coffee maker that was overfilled with water, causing electric shock to the plaintiff.

Sea Wall Removal & Ground Remediation

This is a series of GIS rendering showing how a former refinery’s subsoil would be removed due to a petroleum storage tank leaking. Upon discovery the refinery placed a retaining wall to keep the petroleum from leaking into the ocean, then came up with a plan to remove all the soil and turn the location into a beach access area for the public.

This is a 3D animation using GIS data and air photos to show a mining property’s boundaries, monitoring well locations for regulatory compliance as well overall features for a presentation. Nick Teti is a Denver Colorado native with 3+ decades media and video experience.  Nick our founder has decades experience including:

Nick’s legal video certification came from the American Guild of Court Videographers, in Casper Wyoming. Nick’s additional professional background has included most every US broadcast television network, as well, many international ones. Nick’s education for video, and television production, as well other media production was obtained as a bachelor’s degree from Metropolitan State University, Denver CO. Along with internships, as well, years applied work experience.

Nick also worked as a media and video producer at a engineering and consulting company before Mister Photon Media. Producing graphics, video and animation for litigation, engineering, presentations, and other professional needs.
