Nick Teti – I provide legal videographer services CLVS, CDVS videographer services in Colorado Springs and through Colorado. Following the guidelines of evidence and civil procedure so you video deposition is admissible as evidence is done by a certified legal videographer. Any officer of the court can serve as a notary to swear in the witness, such as a court reporter, an attorney, a judge among others. Depositions are often recorded for discovery process that often leads to a settlement or trial. Background

Nick Teti – I earned a bachelor’s degree in media and applied arts in the 90’s (GPA 3.98). As well the AGCV Certification in 2006 to be proficient in legal video services. I can record video depositions and other video for litigation.  Or make video & media for advertising. Day in the Life Video Settlement Video, AKA, Video Documentation

This is an example of a day in the life legal video. Often called settlement videos or a video documentation. This video depicts how a suggested unneeded back surgery poorly impacted a patient’s quality of life permanently. This video was used to settle a medical malpractice lawsuit by a hiring attorney.

Mister Photon Media can produce these videos and any other type of video production for litigation. Including videos that recreate an accident, or negligence. Or a situation or demonstrate an event or an entities action. Integrating videographer services, 3D modeling/animation, graphics, photographs or other media for a trial presentation. We can also document expert witness testimony, procedures or subject matter with video & graphics.

Example Forensic Animation

Part 1, plane taking off.

This is the first part of an accident reconstruction showing the Boeing 737 Max taking off. These animations can be used for accident demonstration or other recreations. These animations are also referred to as forensic animations or a video animation or a trial presentation if used in litigation.

Part 2, plane crash reconstruction

This is the second part of the prior animation showing a Boeing 737 Max airliner taking off. Shortly after crashing due to a nosedive. These types of 3D animations can be used for accident recreations. Events or to depict a possible future or even for demonstration for engineering and design failure or use.

Property Conveyance Dispute

 

This is a trial presentation exhibit video that was used to resolve a conveyance dispute. The trial was never reached due to settlement, but the trial presentation was used to present information to both parties. Conveyance disputes can result from many situations and actions. This was co-created by James Zack and Nick Teti.

First Draft, Mine Tailings

 Decant Pond Accident

This is a first draft for client approval demonstrating a mine tailing pond accident. A portion of the retaining area failed. Mine tailings are not typically blue, but this color was chosen for contrast against to the decant pond.

Product Liability Dispute Animation Negligence Dispute

A 3D animation demonstrated a defective product dispute. A frayed electric cord came in contact with coffee dispensed from a coffee maker. The pot was overfilled with water, causing electric shock to the plaintiff.

Sea Wall Removal & Ground Remediation

This is a series of GIS rendering showing how a former oil & gas refinery’s subsoil would be removed. The sea wall was to prevent further petroleum contamination into the ocean. The problem caused from a petroleum storage tank leaking.

The presentation showing a plan to remove all the soil and turn the location into a beach access area for public access.

Mine Property Demonstration & Regulatory Compliance Animation

This is a 3D animation using GIS data and air ortho photos. Showing a mining property’s boundaries, monitoring well locations for regulatory compliance. Prior to Mister Photon Media Nick worked at a consulting company as a media producer, producing photography, video, graphics, trial exhibits, other media. Presentations were used by for law firms, other consultants, engineering companies, regulatory entities, companies among others. This background based as a foundation to these legal media services. Nick’s broadcast and corporate video production helping clients with these services started in the 1990’s.
