My Denver Colorado production story starts as a stagehand prior to college rigging performances, staging, shooting and arranging AV, and providing other support at the Gothic Theatre. I then went to college and began working in television while studying video, film and photography production at CU Denver & Boulder and Metro State in Denver. After graduation I started freelancing for Denver camera crews, Colorado Springs camera crews, national camera crews, and camera crews outside the US as a cameraman, sound mixer, producer, and editor before I started my company with offices in Colorado Springs, and Denver. My experience in Denver and Colorado Springs as a cameraman has spanned all the major productions in film, video, SD, and high definition video, and as of 2008, I have 17 years in production on my belt. After film, I learned cameras like BetaCam SP, DVCAM, DV, Digital-S, Digital BetaCam, and DVCPRO. After these came HD a variety of camera makes for my Denver and Colorado Springs camera crew. Sony pioneered HDCAM (Sony 700A, F900, F950, F900SR and others), and then later XDCAM HD (Blue Ray HD), HDV like the Sony Z1U, then V1U and later XDCAM EX. Panasonic at the same time jumped into the HD game with Sony with the VariCam, and later the HDX400, and HDX900, along with P2 HD with DVCPRO HD technology.
